Philanthropy

From the time of our founding, Alpha Delta Pi has believed in the importance of giving back to our community. A dedication to philanthropy guides our members to spend time in the service of those who need it most. Our international organization’s commitment to Ronald McDonald House Charities has led to the donation of over $20,000,000 over the course of our partnership. More than 350 Ronald McDonald Houses in 64 countries help keep families with seriously ill or injured children together when they need it most by offering them a comfortable, temporary residence in proximity to a medical facility.

Our Philanthropy

Since 1979, Alpha Delta Pi has been committed to serving Ronald McDonald House (RMH). Local RMH Chapters operate Ronald McDonald House®, Ronald McDonald Care Mobile®, and Ronald McDonald Family Room® programs in local communities. Today, more than 375 Ronald McDonald Houses in 62 countries help keep families with seriously ill or injured children together when they need it most by offering them a comfortable, temporary residence in close proximity to a medical facility. In addition to donating money to this worthwhile cause, many Alpha Delta Pi collegiate chapters and alumnae associations spend their time and energy volunteering at these Houses. How Alpha Psi Supports RMHC…

At the Alpha Psi chapter of Alpha Delta Pi, our commitment to service goes far beyond fundraising; it’s about showing up for the families who need it most. We are proud to dedicate our efforts to the Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) of Los Angeles, supporting their mission to provide a “home away from home” for families with hospitalized children.

Traditions with a Purpose
Every year, our sisters bring the USC community together through our signature annual events: Row Cup and ADPizza

“Bake with Love”
While we love a big event, our most cherished moments happen in the RMHC kitchen through our Bake with Love program. Our members regularly visit the Los Angeles house to cook fresh meals and bake treats for the residents. These visits allow us to interact directly with the families, offering a warm meal and a moment of comfort during their most difficult days. For us, philanthropy is the hands-on love we share to the community
